1. Invited – Private Network
Unlike public directories, Trusted Only isn’t open to just anyone. Every vendor in our platform must be added by a real estate agent, a broker, an admin, or a real estate association. Simply being in the network is a signal of credibility—because you’ve been brought in through a trusted channel.
2. Validated – We Confirm the Basics
We personally confirm that the business is real, active, and reachable. Phone numbers, emails, and core details are checked to make sure agents never send a client to a disconnected line or a closed business.
3. Claimed – Vendors Who Show Up
When a vendor claims their Vendor Business Card, they’re signaling commitment. They’ve logged in, reviewed their details, and updated their information. Claimed vendors are actively participating—an early sign of reliability. Vendors who claim their Vendor Business Cards receive a "Claimed" badge.
4. Pro – An Extra Signal of Investment
Vendors who invest in enhanced features receive the Pro badge. While separate from the verification process, it’s another layer of trust: it shows they’re serious about standing out and serving clients well. Upgraded vendors are denoted with a "Pro" badge.
5. Verified – Documents Reviewed
Vendors can go a step further by upgrading to Verified status. That means they’ve uploaded key documents (licenses, insurance, etc.). Our team reviews these to the best of our ability, and many of these documents are available for you (and your clients) to see. Vendors passing the verification process receive a "Verified" badge.
